Which is weaker, a spiders web or a promise?

spiderweb2.jpg

I think that a promise is weaker because you can’t rely on a promise to be kept, therefore it is very weak and can be broken. If it is broken then it will definitely let someone down. But with a spider’s web you do not have to rely on it to be kept because it us natural for it to be broken and the only person it lets down it its creator, the spider.

    Hey Bethany!! How are you??
I think your poem is cool.
I found it really confusing to write one of them I didn’t really know what to do at first but then got the hang of it! :)

Hi Bethany! I wish my blog was as cool as yours!!! I agree with you. A promise is weaker… If you break one, especially to one of your friends, they might find it hard to forgive you… :( A spider web, if you break it, the spider (very angry at what you had done, wants revenge mwahahahah) will just build another one. Be careful at what you promise with! Good luck!!!

Wow! I am there 100% of the way. It is so true that a promice is weaker than a spiders web. Same with trust. You have to trust some one when they give you a promice. If the promice is broken, then then the trust is broken. However the spiders web is naturally thought to be weak, but noone but the spider is hurt when it is broken. ;)

Hi I was logging onto your website because we had to do it for school. Your question is an interesting one and I agree that a spider’s web is stronger most of the time. I also think that a promise could be stronger because you could know somebody so well that you could trust them with anything!

I agree with you, that a promise is weaker. You’re very right about a spider being able to remake it’s web but once a promise is broken it can never be fixed.

Hello. I couldn’t agree more with you. People often don’t realize how easily promises are broken. It takes no effort, sometimes just the flow of a few words. A spider web must be destroyed, and though it is weak, it takes more effort than speaking lies or breaking a promise.

i agree with you about promises not being able to be fixed. I also think that a spiders web is easier to fix than a broken promise.
